Promise CM, or Promise Case Management, is an online tool powered through Salesforce and offered by Dallas County Promise to participating high schools. Promise CM is used to case manage student support needs and track progress towards postsecondary enrollment, including college access steps of submitting the Promise Path form, admission, and financial aid applications
At the core is a regional data governance system that ensures learner data is safe, secure, and available to the people who need it, when they need it.
Each solution can be launched independently at the school, college, or regional level and scaled up as needed.
